What the Heresy is [Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother; World Mission Society Church of God]

What the Heresy is.

Many people have a misunderstanding of what heresy is nowadays. Once they find a man practicing doctrines different from their own, they likely think he belongs to a heresy. We are not supposed to judge others by our own thoughts, social standards, or popular opinions. We must understand what heresy is through the Bible.

2 Pe 2:1-3 They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them.
 The main characteristics of heresy are as follows;
1. It results in destruction.
2. It brings the way of truth into disrepute.
3. It follows man-made teachings, not the teachings of the Bible.
4. It opposes God through the teachings of false prophets.
5. It never leads to salvation.

What does the Bible say about heresy? It does not follow teachings of the Bible, but man-made teachings instead.

1. Heresy does not keep the Sabbath in the Bible.

The Biblical Sabbath is Saturday. Every church must worship God on Saturday, not on Sunday. there are some proof.
• "… The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday" (The Faith of Our Fathers, pp. 72~73).
• "The first day of the week [Sunday] was proclaimed as a day of rest and of worship … In 321 A.D. Constantine …" (The Story of the Christian Church, pp. 60~61).

Jesus also testifies the Sabbath day is His custom in the Bible. Jesus kept the Sabbath day as an example so that we should do as He did.

Lk 4:16 On the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom

Jn 13:15 I [Jesus] have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

2. Heresy does not celebrate the Passover in the Bible. The Passover is God's truth that gives us the
forgiveness of sins and judges all other gods. Those who do not keep it will be cut off from God's people on the last day.

Mt 26:17-28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Jn 6:53 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life.

Ex 12:11-12 On the same night … I will bring judgement on all the gods of Egypt.

Nu 9:13 If a man fails who is ceremonially clean and not on a journey fails to celebrate the Passover, that person must be cut off from his people.

3. Most contemporary Christians keep Christmas [Dec. 25th] as Jesus' birthday. In fact, Christmas is one of many pagan festivals not in the Bible.
• "The Christian church took over many pagan ideas and images. From sun-worship, for example, came the celebration of Christ's birth on the twenty-fifth of December, the birthday of the Sun” (A LION HANDBOOK / THE HISTORY OF CHRISTIANITY, p. 141).
• "December 25―this was the date of a pagan festival in Rome, chosen in A.D. 274 by the emperor Aurelian as the birthday of the unconquered sun (natalis solis invicti), which at the winter solstice begins again to show an increase of light" (ENCYCLOPAEDIA BRITANNICA, p. 704).

4. Heresy reveres a cross, an idol, from pagan Rome. It is a type of execution tool used for crucifying brutal criminals, and is not the symbol of Jesus Christ.

The standard of heresy is the bible only. However most of christians don't follow it. 2,000 years ago, Jesus and His Church of God were wrongfully accused as a Nazarene sect, one of the heresies (Ac 24:5). However, most people acknowledge Jesus as their Christ. Likewise, the whole world will acknowledge Christ Ahnsahnghong and the Church of God in the end. Come to the Church of God and receive salvation.

Heresy [Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother; World Mission Society Church of God]

Heresy

What is the biblical definition of the word 'heresy'? Many Christians mention that word frequently. Let’s find out heresies that the Bible defines!

2 Pet. 2:1~3
But there were also false prophets among the people … They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them-bringing swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their shameful ways and will bring the way of truth into disrepute. In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they have made up. Their condemnation has long been hanging
over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.

Heresy brings the way of truth into disrepute. Heresy teaches people with stories men made up, not with the words of the Bible and they will finally destroyed. so through whether or not a church follows the way of the Bible, we can discern what church is heretic.

God commands us to keep the Sabbath(Saturday) holy as the fourth commandment of the ten commandments(Ex20:8) and Jesus keep the Sabbath as his custom(Lu 4:16). therefore the church that doesn't keep the Sabbath is heretic. and the church that doesn't keep the Passover is heretic, because the Bible commands us to keep the Passover. Jesus set us an example of keeping the Passover that we should realize the importance of the Passover and keep it.(Mt 26:17~26)
the only standard to determine heresy is the Bible. please distinguish the true church, which follows the teaching of the Bible from the false churches, and enter the kingdom of heaven.

The Spirit and the Bride Say, Come!
Throughout the Bible we can see the comparison of water of life to eternal life. For example, in the age of the Father, the Old Testament, we see God the Father/Jehovah to be the source of water of life.

Jeremiah 2:13 “My people have committed two sins: They have forsaken me, the spring of living water, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water.”
Then we see, 2,000 years ago, in the age of the Son, Jesus Christ was the source of living water.
John 4:13 “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
However, in the last days, we see, in the age of the Holy Spirit, that it is the Spirit and the Bride who are giving the water of life.
Revelation 22:17 “The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.”
In these last days, it is the Spirit – Christ Ahn Sahng Hong & the Bride – Heavenly Mother Jerusalem who are saying come. Without them saying come we would not be able to go to Them. However, in order to go to Them, we must know who They are.
Please continue to read to know more so that you too may come to Them.

The Spirit and the Bride [Christ Ahnsahnghong, Heavenly Mother, God the Mother, World Mission Society Church of God]

The Spirit and the Bride

It is the Spirit and the Bride who say “Come,” in the last days. As referenced inRevelation 22:17. Then, as we previously saw, the place for us to come and take the free gift of the water of life is the Holy City of Zion. And Zion represents God’s festivals (Isaiah 33:20).
Think about it.
The only one who can give us Eternal Life is God. Not a church or any man. Even if this “bride” in Revelation represented a church, which one???? Baptist? Lutheran? Episcopalian? Catholic? it does not make sense for the bride in this context to represent any particular church. Especially since this bride is described as the Holy City Jerusalem in chapter 21 (Revelation 21:9-10).
Thus we can see even when Jesus was here who he described as the guests of his wedding. He called his disciples (which would be us) the guests in Matthew 9:14-16. This is why we also see in Revelation the angel describing those who are invited to the wedding of the Lamb as blessed:
Revelation 19:9 “Then the angel said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”
We must be invited… and we must be chosen, according to the parable of the wedding banquet (Matthew 22:14). Then, please treat this as your invitation to attend the wedding banquet of the Lamb, March 29th 2010 is the Passover Wedding Banquet. Please consider attending.

True Baptism is made in the three Names of God

True Baptism is made in the three Names of God
2000 years ago Jesus Christ commanded the disciples to baptize in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Though he gave this message 2000 years, it was not for them but for. We are living in the last of the Holy Spirit, then when we receive baptism it has to be in the 3 names of God...

Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Is it important to be baptize? VERY, thru baptism we receive a new life giving to us by Christ and also according to the Bible all of our sins are washed away.

1 Peter 3:21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God.

When we receive baptism we have to make sure it is done in the name of the Father Jehovah, the Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit Christ Ahnsahnghong.
Does it really matter if its in the three names? Of course! For this is Christ command to us. But nowadays nobody baptizes in the 3 names, they insist that theres no name of the Holy Spirit, but there is, Jesus Christ testified coming with a new name in the Holy Spirit age.

Revelation 3:12...I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name.

If we dont know the name of the Holy Spirit our baptism doesnt count even if its made by the Pope. Christ Ahnsahnghong is that name you are missing in your baptism.

Be Baptized Immediately? [Christ Ahnsahnghong, Heavenly Mother, God the Mother, World Mission Society Church of God]

Be Baptized Immediately?
I remember the first time I entered the Church of God. Everything was so much different than the churches I had previously attended. I had a very warm welcome with many "God bless you's" and smiling faces. Naturally, this was odd to me. It isn't everyday that you meet so many sincerely happy people.

After my first study, baptism was offered to me. This was odd occurrence number two. I had always been taught that baptism came with a great deal of time and studying. It wasn't until I came to the Church of God that I was taught that the Bible actually teaches something different.
The Bible teaches us the importance of baptism and the purpose of being baptized immediately.
After Jesus Christ preached with his disciples for 3 years, he gave them a very important command in order to continue carrying out the gospel mission:

"Then Jesus came to them and said, "All Authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matt 28:18

Jesus commanded his disciples to go and make disciples by baptizing the people and THEN teaching them everything Christ commanded them. Very often we are taught that this process is the other way around; that first we must learn everything, then be baptized. However, Christ commanded them to baptize first.
Then what is the purpose of being baptized BEFORE learning everything God commanded?
As people destined to die on this earth we are stained with sin. (Romans 6:23)

"Jesus answered, I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh but Spirit gives birth to Spirit." John 3:5
When we are physically born into this word we are born of the flesh. In order to be born of the Spirit, we need to receive the Spirit of God. Without the Spirit of God, how can we possibly understand God's words?

My Mother gave birth to me and then she taught me everything I need to know. If you think about it, God's administration works in the same way. First we are born of God's Spirit, then God helps us to grow by teaching us everything that He has commanded us.

It wouldn't make sense for my mom to try to teach me everything while I'm in the womb without first giving birth to me.
I think you see my point.

"..but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit...This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The man without the Spirit, does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them.." 1 Corinthians 2:10-14

God's teachings, God's Word, is taught to us by God's Spirit. Without first receiving the Spirit of God we cannot understand the words that God speaks to us.

Somewhere along the line of Christianity, people stopped listening to God and trying to teach on the terms of human wisdom, hence so many different denominations.

God commanded us to be baptized immediately so that we would know it is God teaching us and not the mere philosophical thoughts of human beings.
How do we know that we have been baptized correctly and received the Spirit?
Jesus Christ commanded them to baptize in the NAME of the Father, the NAME of the Son and the NAME of the Holy Spirit. If all three names are not used, then it is not a real baptism.
(He didn't say title, he said name)
The name of the Father is JehovahThe name of the Son is Jesus ChristThe name of the Holy Spirit is Christ AhnsahnghongWithout God coming in the flesh, we wouldn't be able to carry out baptism. Baptism started with Jesus Christ, as he began his ministry, the very first thing he did, was get baptized. He did this to set an example for us.(Luke 3:21)Christ testified to come again to this earth to bring Salvation AND to bring the New Name of Jesus Christ. Without the name of the Holy Spirit, we do not have a true baptism in this age. 2000 years ago they had up to the name of Jesus Christ and even those who received John's baptism, had to be baptized once again, in the NAME of Jesus Christ.(Acts 19:1-4)Now, in the age of the Holy Spirit, we must be baptized in all three names. (Rev 3:11-13 - New Name)In the age of the Holy Spirit, God the Father and God the Mother are giving us eternal life. We must receive the New Name and be taught everything God has truly commanded us in order to receive Eternal Life.

"In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God's word all over again. You need milk not solid food." Hebrews 5:12

Even 2000 years ago Apostle Paul told the people that there was much to tell them but they were slow to learn because they needed to be taught all over again, this time the teachings of Christ. In the same way, nowadays many things throughout the Christian faith have been distorted and changed. God clearly tells us that nothing can be added or taken away from the word of God. (Rev 22:18) Therefore, we must be taught once again, the basic truths of God's word. This is why God came back to this earth in these last days, to give us the truth so that we may be baptized and receive the true Spirit of God."In the last days... He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in His paths.." (Micah 4:1-2)

Veil [World Mission Society Church of God; Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother]

Veil

God’s children value the laws of God. Let us introduce the truths of the new covenant of the early Church, which were restored by the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Matt. 22:1-14 『..."The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son...But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 'Friend,' he asked, 'how did you get in here without wedding clothes?' The man was speechless. Then the king told the attendants, 'Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'..."』

In the above words, spoken by Jesus, it is clear that there is a regulation for God's people to wear wedding clothes when they enter the heavenly wedding banquet. It is a promise we make with God.

Likewise, when we worship God, there are certain regulations. Worship services should be held according to the teachings of God. Firstly, we should have a godly mind when worshiping God, and, secondly, women should wear veils.

All of the women of the Church of God wear veils during worship services, according to the teachings of the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong. By wearing veils, they can worship God with a godly mind. Men do not cover their heads during worship services.

God gave us this veil regulation as a sign representing God's authority. Even though this regulation seems minor, it cannot be neglected. None of God's commands were instituted meaninglessly. All of the regulations were given to God's people because they are necessary for our salvation and allow us to enter the kingdom of God.

Hos. 8:12 『"I wrote for them the many things of my law, but they regarded them as something alien."』

If we regard God's regulations as trivial, God will regard us as trivial.

Woman’s Veil Is God’s Commandment

Christ commanded that during worship service men should not cover their heads, but women ought to cover their heads.

1 Cor. 11:1-6 『Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ....』

The Apostle Paul emphasized that his teachings were from Christ, not from his own personal opinions.

Through Christ's teaching, we discover that men ought not to cover their heads, but that women should cover their heads while worshiping God.

During the time of Moses, the head of a woman stood for the man. Thus, it was regarded as very shameful if a woman uncovered her head in front of a man or even loosened her hair. In fact, when a Jewish man chose to marry a Gentile captive, he would shave the woman's head to wash away the shame of her prior ignorance of God.

The words, "It is just as though her head were shaved," refer to this very shameful occurrence.

Woman’s Veil Shown Through the Providence of Creation

Even through the Creation, we can see that men ought not to cover their heads, but that women should cover their heads while in the presence of God.

1 Cor. 11:7-9 『A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man....』

God created Eve as Adam's helper. In the work of preaching the new covenant, too, man is the head and woman is the helper; however, men must not arrogantly ignore their female counterparts. As it is written:

1 Cor. 11:11-12 『In the Lord, however, woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.』

Could the gospel work be completed by only men? Or, if only women worked for the gospel, could it be fulfilled? Men and women should help each other in the gospel work. Both should remain devoted to their missions and faithful to the titles and positions given to them by God.

Woman’s Veil Is Shown Through the "Very Nature of Things"

Our intrinsic nature, given to us by God, teaches us that men should not cover their heads, but that women should.

1 Cor. 11:13-15 『Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?...』

This verse implies that it is not proper for a woman to worship God with her head uncovered. We unconsciously know that if a man has long hair he looks ugly, and it can even become his disgrace. God gave men "the nature" not to cover their heads.

"But that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering."Contrary to man, if a woman has short hair, she is not seen as beautiful. When a woman has long hair that covers her head, she looks beautiful, and it becomes her glory. This is only because God gave women the "nature" to feel beautiful when their heads are covered with long hair.

Through the "nature of things," God taught us that a man should not cover his head, but that a woman should cover her head. Verse 15?"long hair is given to her as a covering"?means that God uses a woman's long hair to subconsciously teach her that it is proper for her to cover her head.

Woman's Veil Is Notated in the Section Titles of the Bible

Some versions of the Bible have section titles which summarize the contents of the chapter which follows. Let's look at some of the section titles used for 1 Corinthians chapter 11.

ESV (English Standard Version) - Head Coverings TEV (Today's English Version) - Covering the Head in Worship

These section titles display the Apostle Paul's true purpose in writing this chapter. 1 Corinthians 11 lists all of the reasons why women have to cover their heads during worship. No commandment of God is trivial. All of the commandments are given to us for our salvation and heavenly blessings. Women should cover their heads when they worship or pray so that they may give glory to God.

The Bible says,"Arrogance is like the evil of idolatry."

Men Ought Not to Cover Their Heads

In some churches, the male priests cover their heads; however, this teaching is not from the Bible. A long time ago, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the Ten Commandments, the Israelites could not look directly at Moses' face because he was so radiant after meeting God. The people were afraid to come near him, so he put a veil over his face. When he went to speak with God, however, he took it off (Ex. 34:29-35). From then on, the Israelites covered their faces with shrouds when they read the Old Testament.

Just as Moses took off the shroud when he came before God, we are to meet God [Christ] without a shroud. In this instance, the shroud does not imply veils that cover the "heads" of women, but it signifies the shroud that covered the people's "faces" when they read the Old Testament.

Through 1 Corinthians chapter 11, we can understand that women ought to cover their heads during times of worship and that men ought not to cover their heads. Through 2 Corinthians chapter 3, we can understand that now, regardless of gender, we need to take away the shroud which has covered our faces and has not allowed our eyes to clearly see the truth of the Bible.

Veil [World Mission Society Church of God; Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother]

"Veil”
In worshiping God, we need God's appointed regulations and laws. every woman who prays or worships ought to cover her head, while every man who prays or worships ought not to cover his head.

1Co 11:1~6 Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ…Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head … If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head.

God teaches us that every man who prays or worship with his head covered dishonors his head, because the head of man is Christ in the Bible. but if a woman does not cover her head, it is a dishonor to her head. so woman should cover her head with a veil during worship.

Trinity [Christ Ahnsahnghong, Heavenly Mother, God the Mother, World Mission Society Church of God]

Trinity-Christ Ahnsahnghong

Through the prophecy of the Bible, let’s confirm that Christ Ahnsahnghong, who came as the Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit, is truly the Second Coming Christ.

The concept of "Trinity" means that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are not different entities, but are one God. The Trinity-God the Father [Jehovah], God the Son [Jesus], and God the Holy Spirit [Ahnsahnghong]-are one. In order to understand why the members of the Church of God believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong as the Holy Spirit, please study the truths of "the Second Coming Christ."

To better understand the Trinity, let’s first consider the transformation of water. Water is a liquid, but when its temperature falls below 0° C, the water will turn into ice, a solid. When the water is boiled, it turns into vapor, a gas. Water, ice, and vapor have different names and different forms, but their substance is the same: H₂O.

It is similar to when an actor in a monodrama plays three different characters-a father, a son, and a grandson-all having different voices. Although there are three different voices and three different roles, there is only one actor.

Like this, even though God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit may look different, have different names, and have appeared during different ages, the three are one God. The Trinity reveals that God administrates His salvation work while playing three roles.

For six thousand years God has carried out His salvation work in the names of Jehovah, Jesus, and Ahnsahnghong, each according to its age.

God the Father, Jehovah = God the Son, Jesus

Let’s confirm that God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God.

Isaiah prophesied about Jesus as follows:

Isa. 9:6 『For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.』

Jesus is referred to as the "Son," but the Bible revealed that the son would be called "Mighty God," and "Everlasting Father." Apostle Paul clearly understood that Jesus’ nature was that of God the Father, as follows:

Phil. 2:5-7 『Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man...』

Rom. 9:5 『...Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.』

We can also confirm that God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God by studying the history of the Creation.

Isa. 44:24 『I am the LORD, who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself...』

God the Father-Jehovah-said that He had created everything by Himself, but Jesus said that it was He who had created the world.

Col. 1:16 『For by him [Jesus] all things were created...』

The Bible states that God the Father, Jehovah, created the world, but it also says that God the Son, Jesus, created the world. Therefore, God the Father [Jehovah] and God the Son [Jesus] are clearly one God.

Isa. 44:6 『"This is what the LORD says-Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty: I am the first and I am the last...』

God the Father said, "I am the first and I am the last."

Rev. 22:13 『"I [Jesus] am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."』

God the Son also said, "I am the First and the Last." Therefore, God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God.

God the Father, Jehovah = God the Holy Spirit, Ahnsahnghong

Let’s confirm that God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Holy Spirit are one God. In the Bible, there are frequent references to "the (Holy) Spirit." The Bible teaches us that God is spirit, and that God is holy. Thus, the spirit of God is holy, too. We call the spirit of God "the Holy Spirit."

John 4:24 『God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.』

Apostle Paul wrote-in the book of Corinthians-that God is the Holy Spirit.

1 Cor. 2:10-11 『...but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 』

The (Holy) Spirit could search even the deep things of God (the Father), the things which no one could know. If "the Holy Spirit" and "the spirit of God" were different, how could the Holy Spirit possibly know the thoughts of God? Only the spirit of God-the Holy Spirit-knows the thoughts of God. Therefore, God the Father and the Holy Spirit are one.

2 Tim. 3:16 『All Scripture is God-breathed...』

2 Pet. 1:20-21 『Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 』

The Bible is "God-breathed" and it was written by the prophets, "as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." This clearly testifies that God the Father, Jehovah, is the Holy Spirit.

The Bible = God-breathed book The Bible = A book written by prophets being carried along by the Holy Spirit Therefore the Holy Spirit is God.

God the Son, Jesus = God the Holy Spirit, Ahnsahnghong

Let’s confirm that God the Son, Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit, Ahnsahnghong, are one God.

Isa. 9:6 『...a son ...will be called Wonderful Counselor... 』

John 14:26 『"But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things..."』

The Son is the Counselor, and the Counselor is the Holy Spirit, so we can easily conclude that the Son, Jesus, is the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are not separate, but are one. God the Father-Jehovah, God the Son-Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit-Ahnsahnghong, are one God.

The Holy Spirit Is a Personal Being

The Holy Spirit is not a kind of energy or an electric wave. The Holy Spirit is a personal being who has feelings (Rom. 15:30), who grieves (Eph. 4:30), who speaks (Rev. 2:7), who groans (Rom. 8:26), who intercedes (Rom. 8:26), who testifies about God (John 15:26), who teaches (John 14:26), who gives commands (Rom. 8:29), who keeps us from preaching in certain places (Acts 16:6-7), who thinks (Rom. 8:27), and who has been blasphemed (Matt. 12: 31-32).

John 14:26, NASB 『"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.』

The Holy Spirit is referred to as "He," meaning that the Holy Spirit is a personal being.

Matt. 28:19 『"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,"』

If the Holy Spirit was not a man with character, but merely an invisible, active power-like an electric wave, or energy-how would it be possible for the Holy Spirit to have a name? The fact that the Holy Spirit has a name proves that the Holy Spirit is a man, with character.

God commanded us to be baptized in the name of the Father, the name of the Son, and the name of the Holy Spirit, because He would administrate His salvation work with three names (of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit) according to each age. By calling out the three names through which God showed His authority, God’s prophets are to baptize people and commemorate God.

God’s name was "Jehovah" when He played the role of the Father, and it was "Jesus" when He worked as the Son. Then, how should we call upon God when He is working as the Holy Spirit?

The name of the Holy Spirit is Ahnsahnghong.

Since God told us to "baptize (people) in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit," we need to understand that the "Trinity"-God the Father [Jehovah], God the Son [Jesus], and God the Holy Spirit [Ahnsahnghong]-are one God. By this understanding we can receive abundant blessing and we can participate in God’s administration of salvation, which has been carried out through the Trinity.

The truth about the name Ahnsahnghong [Heavenly Mother; God the Mother; World Mission Society Church of God]

The truth about the name Ahnsahnghong
It has been an amazing to attend Bible studies at the Church of God World Mission Society. I would say the most impressive study thus far for me has been that about the Holy Spirit. I use to think that the Holy Spirit was just this aurora… but i have come to recently see Biblical evidence proving otherwise.
For example, Christ said 2000 years ago: “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.” (John 14:16) Another Counselor, meaning He himself was the first Counselor. And again He said: “But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” (John 14:26) In order for the Holy Spirit to be sent, to teach, and to remind us of all things, He must come in the flesh.
To have studied more in depth about the Holy Trinity, i have finally come to understand more about the Holy Spirit, which was always the most mysterious “member” of the Trinity to me.
In regards to Christ Ahnsahnghong… the scripture states: “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it.” Revelation 2:17
Now, this passage urges, whoever has an ear, meaning a spiritual ear, to hear what the Spirit says… then the Spirit indicates Christ (as the letters are in red), but this is 2nd Coming Christ. And He says He will come with a new name. Also again in chapter 3… I was amazed to see that Christ is testified to come again, in the last days, as the Holy Spirit, in the flesh, with a new name! How can we recognize Christ Ahnsahnghong to be Him? Because only the true 2nd coming Christ can bring the hidden manna, which indicates the Passover Feast that was abolished in 325 AD by Constantine. How amazing!

From the Mortal Body to the Immortal Body [Christ Ahnsahnghong, Heavenly Mother, God the Mother, World Mission Society Church of God]

From the Mortal Body to the Immortal Body

People of Zion participate in the festival of life, which God grants, by keeping the Passover holy every year. The Gospels of the New Testament show that Jesus established the Passover as the new covenant, saying, "I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer" (Lk 22:15).

Why did Jesus eagerly desire to celebrate the Passover with His disciples? It was because He wanted to accomplish His administration of redemption to save the sinners, who were bound to die, by making their bodies immortal through the Passover of the new covenant. People say that the manna coming down from heaven or Lazarus' rising from the dead is a miracle. In actuality, however, there is no greater miracle than making human beings, who were destined to die eternally, immortal beings forever through the Passover. Let's look into God's wondrous miracle of changing our mortal bodies into immortal ones and take a look at the words of promise concerning it.

Human beings are all slaves to sin

Everyone born into this world cannot escape death. Although it is said that man is the lord of all creation, he must yield to the power of death in the end. So, we cannot help but say that man is a slave to sin, rather than the lord of all creation.

Heb 9:27 『Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,』

Ro 7:24-25 『What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? . . .』

The above words in the book of Romans show not only Apostle Paul's personal anguish and lamentation, but that of all people. Man is to live a weary, hard life, being chained to death. In order to live a longer and healthier life, people seek medical help from famous doctors or good medicine even though it costs so much, but nobody can escape death and after death they are to face judgment. The Bible tells us this fact.

Ps 90:9-10 『All our days pass away under your wrath; we finish our years with a moan. The length of our days is seventy years?or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.』

Just as the Bible says that we "fly away," our life passes away very quickly. Even for such a short life span, people live a sinful life that is not pleasing to God, and all of their days pass away under the wrath of the Lord; their life is filled with trouble and sorrow and it fades away quickly. Living without knowing God is like rushing towards death?such a life is just like a breakless car. So, Solomon testified that everything is meaningless if we look deeply into life.

Ecc 1:1-11 『The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem: "Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. "Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless." What does man gain from all his labor at which he toils under the sun? . . .』

People make all kinds of efforts for meaningless things, but eventually their life ends in death. Since Solomon realized this emptiness of life, although he had everything?wealth, splendor, power and wisdom which everyone envied, he came to the conclusion that all of man's toilsome labor under the sun is totally useless, saying, "Meaningless! Meaningless! Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless."

God has given us the Passover, the feast of life

God looked down from heaven on human beings living such empty and meaningless lives, and took pity on them. Having pity on us who couldn't escape the agony of death and the tortures of hell in the future, God came down to this earth to give us eternal life.

Heb 2:14-15 『Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death?that is, the devil?and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.』

Jn 10:10 『"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."』

God Himself came to this earth to grant eternal life to human beings who were destined to die?this is the most blessed and joyful news for us. Now, let's see how God gives us eternal life.

Jn 6:53-57 『Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. . . ."』

To save us by letting us eat His flesh and drink His blood, God has to sacrifice Himself. For so many sinners who are dying, God has established the principle of truth?that is giving them eternal life by sacrificing Himself. If a kernel of wheat dies, it sprouts and blooms and produces many seeds?a hundred times or a thousand times what was sown. This is the principle that God has taken.

The flesh and blood of Christ that grants eternal life is given to mankind through the Passover.

Mt 26:17-19, 26-28 『. . . So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. . . . While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."』

Lk 22:7-15, 19-20 『. . . When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, "I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. . . ." And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me." In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."』

Jesus says that we have eternal life if we eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood. By saying this, Jesus means that He will give us eternal life if we eat bread and drink wine on the Passover. God has given us the Passover in order to redeem us, mortal beings, from death and grant us eternal life and then take us to heaven. This is God's ultimate will contained in the Passover. So, in the book of Luke, this Passover is described as the "new covenant" which Jesus established while He was on the earth.

The kingdom of heaven where those who have received the promise of eternal life can enter

The Passover of the new covenant is not just a feast, but it is God's promise to lead mankind to the way of eternal life. The Bible calls this blessed news the "gospel." So, Apostle Paul called himself a servant of the gospel or a minister of the new covenant. Thus, he made it clear that the gospel is the new covenant.

God came to this earth and established the Passover of the new covenant through His precious blood to give us eternal life. Let's find out the reason why God wanted to give us eternal life.

Rev 21:1-4 『Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. . . . Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death . . .』

The kingdom of God is an eternal world where there is no death. To live where there is no death, the first condition is to have eternal life. So, in order to bring us to that place, God has promised us eternal life through the bread and wine of the Passover of the new covenant, and has opened a new and living way by which those who have eternal life can go back to heaven. When the everlasting kingdom of heaven comes, those who have received the promise of eternal life in the truth of the new covenant will be changed into the spiritual beings over whom death can never reign again and will go to that eternal place.

1 Co 15:50-58 『I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed?in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. . . .』

This is the promise of God. God has promised that He will change our mortal bodies into the immortal ones in a moment, at the last trumpet. The promise of eternal life is a gift from God, which is granted only to those who partake of the bread and wine which represent the body and blood of Christ by celebrating the Passover of the new covenant. For them, there is a living hope that at the last trumpet, the dead will be raised and those who are still alive will be changed and they will meet Christ together in the air.

1 Th 4:13-18 『. . . For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.』

This is the scene where the mortal body is changed into an immortal body as stated in 1 Corinthians. This perishable body puts on the imperishable, and this mortal body puts on immortality?this happens to the people who keep the Passover of the new covenant, who live in the promise of God. On the contrary, those who do not live in the new covenant cannot receive the promise of eternal life. Without the promise of eternal life, how could they be changed into immortal beings?

In order to change our mortal bodies into the immortal ones, God has given us the Passover of the new covenant, the truth of life. Therefore, the apostles celebrated this precious Passover year after year, and even after the Apostolic Age it continued to be celebrated. However, at the Council of Nicaea held in A.D. 325, the Passover was completely abolished by Satan.

Afterwards, the Passover, the truth of life, disappeared from the earth for a long time. After the 1600-year-long period, Christ who came to this earth a second time restored the Passover to His chosen people in the last days. By this, God's work of salvation is to be completed. We can confirm this through the prophecies of the Bible (Heb 9:28; Isa 25:6-9).

The Passover through which God promises us life

God makes streams gush forth in the desert and the buds of life come out on dry branches. This promise of God is fulfilled through the Passover of the new covenant. Those who receive this promise of life will become immortal, and their mortal bodies will be transformed into immortal, imperishable bodies. This is the teaching of the whole Bible.

Heb 9:15-22 『For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance?now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant. . . .』

The new covenant has the power to enable those who are called by God to receive the promised eternal inheritance of heaven. Some people may ask doubtfully, "It is merely a piece of bread and a cup of wine. How can we have eternal life just by eating the bread and drinking the wine?" However, the Passover contains a promise that God has made to us.

Christianity is a religion based on God's promise. We are blessed by believing the promises which God has made to us and putting them into practice. No matter how diligently we believe in God, unless we celebrate the Passover, it is nothing but our own personal faith without God's promise.

"I will bestow blessing on you if you keep the seventh-day Sabbath." This is a promise between God and His people. "I will give you eternal life if you eat bread and drink wine on the Passover." This is also a promise which God has given us. We may eat bread and drink wine in ordinary times, but God doesn't give any promise to that bread and wine. God has especially chosen the Passover to fulfill His promise to us. The Bible says that if we believe the promise of God and put it into practice, God will change our mortal bodies into the immortal ones so that we may experience the glorious moment when we will meet Christ in the air.

Relying on the promise of God, we participate in the holy and precious Passover. So, we should live according to the example of Christ, following the path He walked. Our thoughts have to resemble the thoughts of Christ, and our behaviors should also change, so that we may become worthy to be called Christians. Since Christ came to this earth in order to save the world, our goal in life should be the same as that of Christ. Let's preach the gospel of the new covenant to all nations, especially to the countries where the good news has not yet reached, so that they can all participate in God's work of salvation.

To preach the gospel of the new covenant to the whole world, many brothers and sisters are now flying to and from all nations, like clouds, like doves to their nests. All our brothers and sisters in Zion! Let us strive even harder in preaching this gospel and depend firmly on the promise of God, so that we may become worthy enough to enter eternal life.

Conversation With God, Prayer [Christ Ahnsahnghong, Heavenly Mother, God the Mother, World Mission Society Church of God]

Conversation With God, Prayer

It is really hard for a person to have little or no conversation with the people around him. Like a felon, who is imprisoned in solitary confinement, completely isolated from others, we become spiritually disconnected from God if we do not have conversations with Him. In this situation, we can feel no joy, nor can we fully obey the will of God.

Above all, we need to have a conversation with God in order to fulfill His will. For example, to obey the words of God-"Go and make disciples of all nations," we need to repeatedly ask God, "When shall I go? Of whom shall I make disciples? How shall I preach to them?" and continually pray to God to allow us circumstances to do as He has told. Only through continual conversations with God, we can fully obey Him.

Mother told us to preach the gospel very actively, full of hope and laughter, this year. To obey the words of Mother, we should always talk to God through prayer and do what pleases God.

Prayer is the breath of the soul

Let me talk about a brother. He was eager to put his faith into action, but at some moment his faith began to cool, without knowing the reason for that. It was not because he lacked confidence in the truth or because he was troubled or persecuted. Of course, he did not neglect studying and preaching the word of God.

He didn't realize why his faith was cooling down, and it troubled him. One day, he heard the news about a fire on TV. After that, his heart began to burn again. I asked him what made him restore his faith. He said that through the fire accident he realized something of great importance. When he was watching the news, he focused on the fact that most of the victims died of suffocation from the smoke rather than from the heat. Then suddenly he was reminded of God's words, "Prayer is the breath of the soul."

'What will happen if I do not breathe spiritually?'
When he thought this way, he came to know the reason why he failed to stand firm in faith even though he diligently attended worship services and preached the gospel. Reflecting upon himself, he realized it was prayer, the breath of the soul, that he really needed. Though he believed in God, he wan't having earnest conversations with God; rather, he lived the gospel life by his own efforts and zeal. That was why his faith stagnated rather than grew.

He earnestly prayed for repentance, asking God to allow him to have a continuous conversations with Him. After that, he prayed to God for everything, no matter how small. As he talked to God in prayer every day, his heart overflowed with thankfulness even in distressing and difficult situations. His faith became much more active and stronger than ever before.

Give yourselves to prayer at all times

As I heard of the brother's gracious enlightenment, I came to realize that our conversation with God is an important key to the growth of our faith. If one feels empty inside and the fervor of his faith diminishes, even though he is diligent in attending services and is active in gospel preaching, it shows that he does not have enough time to talk to God every day.

Now, let's take a look at ourselves. If we feel our soul becoming weary and losing its vigor, we need to ask ourselves how much time we spend in conversation with God. And we also need to examine ourselves whether we pray just mechanically.

We can not fulfill the gospel ministry with our own strength. We absolutely need help and advice from Almighty God. In spite of knowing all this, we do not often talk to God. So the Bible emphasizes that we should devote ourselves to prayer-a conversation with God.

Col 4:1-3 ... Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, ...

Ro 12:9-12 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

God has chosen us, knowing our weakness. What if we, who are so feeble and lacking in ability, try to do the gospel work with our own wisdom and strength, without asking God for help? Can we fulfill the work of God? Never.

God richly provides everything we need if we confess our weakness and ask Him for help. Our forefathers of faith described in the Bible gained wisdom, courage and strength through their conversations with God whenever they faced difficult and desperate situations.

Elijah gained courage through his conversation with God

When King Ahab reigned over the northern kingdom of Israel during the period of the Divided Kingdom, the prophet Elijah was delivering a message from God. There were 850 prophets of Baal and Asherah, who were supported by Jezebel, the Queen of Israel. Elijah fought all alone against the 850 false prophets at Mount Carmel and defeated them all with the strength provided by God. It was the power of prayer that enabled the great victory (1 Kings 18).

This made Jezebel furious. She tried to kill Elijah, and he fled from her into the wilderness. Then he said to God, "Lord, take my life; I am no better than my ancestors." "I have been very zealous for the LORD God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, broken down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too."

God consoled Elijah and refreshed his weary soul and body. He thought he was alone, but God told him that there remained 7,000 faithful prophets. God's words gave him great joy and encouragement. Through his conversation with God, he took courage again, so he could carry out his mission as a prophet (1 Kings 19).

Thus, our forefathers of faith had continual conversations with God throughout their lives. Though the followers of God were inferior in number to the wicked and seemed far weaker than the evil ones, God encouraged the little flock, saying, "Do not fear," "Take heart," "I am with you," ....

With His powerful words, God floods our hearts with exceeding, overflowing joy. A continual conversation with God unceasingly inspires the courage and fervor of faith within ourselves.

Moses led the people through his conversations with God

The prophet Moses also had continual conversations with God when he led the Israelites from Egypt to Canaan, the land flowing with milk and honey. For it was impossible for him to lead such a great number of people to Canaan without God's help.

The Red Sea lay before them, and the Egyptian army was right behind them. At this desperate moment, Moses earnestly cried out to God, "Lord, what shall I do? I've been trying to lead Your people according to Your will. But now the Red Sea blocks our path in front of us. Please open the way before us." Then God immediately answered his prayer.

Ex 14:15-18 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. ... "

Moses did as God had told him. As he followed God's direction, the Red Sea was divided so that about 600,000 men and all the women and children could go through the sea on dry ground. God Himself did everything that He had planned. Moses needed only to hear God speaking to him through prayer and follow His instruction.
After the Exodus, Moses continued his conversation with God so that he could cope with all the crisis situations in the desert.

Nu 11:1-2 Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp. When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the LORD and the fire died down.

Nu 21:4-9 ... they spoke against God and against Moses, and said, "Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the desert? There is no bread! There is no water! And we detest this miserable food!" Then the LORD sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died. ... So Moses prayed for the people. The LORD said to Moses, "Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live." So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, he lived.

Whenever calamities befell the people as the result of their sins, Moses mediated between God and the people. He prostrated himself in prayer and asked God to forgive their foolishness and rebellion and to guide him to the right path. God answered all his prayers and led him.

Moses intently focused on his conversation with God in order to lead one nation, Israel, to Canaan. Now, we are to lead all nations into the kingdom of heaven in obedience to the will of God. We should talk to God more frequently. What happens when we try to fulfill the great work of the gospel ministry without God's help? We will soon become frustrated and give up, being limited in our ability. However, if we have continual conversations with God, all doors will be opened for us.

Ask, seek, knock

Looking back at our prayer life, we can realize that all our prayers have been answered. As we prayed that we would be able to participate in the gospel, God has called us to be His fellow workers. As we prayed for world evangelism, God has opened the minds of all peoples in the world. Of course, this is a fulfillment of Bible prophecy, but our prayer can speed up God's prophetic timetable.

So Jesus tells us to always pray and not give up. He repeatedly emphasized the importance of prayer through His teaching as follows:

Lk 18:1-8 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.' For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, '... yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually wear me out with her coming!'" And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? ... "

Lk 11:5-13 Then he said to them, "Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, because a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him.' ... though he will not get up and give him the bread because he is his friend, yet because of the man's boldness he will get up and give him as much as he needs. So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. ... If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

The unjust judge finally granted the widow's request because she came to him every day and cried, "Give me justice." And in another parable Jesus says that if one goes to his friend at midnight and persistently asks him for something, he will get up and give him as much as he needs because of his importunity, not because he is his friend. How much more will our Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to His children who ask Him! We need to understand what God is really talking about in the above parables.

God waits for His children to talk to Him. If we ask, seek and knock according to the will of God, we will receive, find everything and the door will be opened for us.

As children pester their parents constantly if they want something, so we should continually ask our heavenly Father and Mother to fulfill our spiritual wishes. God always answers our prayers unless we ask for things that may harm our future.

There should be frequent talks between family members. According to statistical survey, 95% of lawbreakers suffered from a lack of communication with their family members during their adolescent period. And according to another survey, a major cause of divorce is also the lack of communication.

Let us communicate intimately with our family members, and have more conversation with God. Conversation is necessary to preach the gospel. There should also be intimate communications among all the members of the Church. Through our mutual conversations, we will share things together, as a proverb says: "Shared joy is double joy. Shared sorrow is half sorrow."

However, we should avoid all ungracious conversations. When the people listened to the ten faithless spies, they became rebellious and disobedient to God. And Eve's conversation with the serpent brought all mankind's fall and death. We should not have a conversation unpleasing to God but talk about things that give faith, hope and courage, helping each other understand God's love.

God, our gracious Counselor

God is the most gracious counselor to us. God gives joy and courage to His children who talk to Him and also give whatever we ask for.

The Bible describes God as the 'Counselor' who counsels and helps us in all our troubles. As our Counselor, God provides us with a solution for every problem we face, small or great.

Solomon enjoyed talking to God. As a result, he gained wisdom and made his kingdom strong; and as a bonus, he received riches and honor, too. On the contrary, the kings of Israel who had no conversation with God did evil against Him. The absence of conversation with God, who is love, caused them to be tempted by evil spirits and manifest their evil tempers, which led to violence.

Let us fulfill the world mission through lots of conversations with God this year. In our continual conversation with God, we shall understand and follow the will of our heavenly Father and Mother.

Eph 6:10-19 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. ... Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests....

Though we put on the whole armor of the Holy Spirit, we can do nothing without prayer. In order to fully activate the power of the Holy Spirit within us, we should have an ongoing conversation with God.

Through conversations with God, we will be able to witness a miracle like the parting of the Red Sea. Let's diligently seek, knock and ask, so that we can preach the gospel to the ends of the earth. As heavenly children, we should have frequent conversation with God, seeking to develop a righteous character. Then God will allow us to bear much good fruit and save the whole world.

What Sin Did We REALLY Committ? [Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother; World Mission Society Church of God]

What Sin Did We REALLY Committ?

Taking a look at the verse showing the cause of death in this world:
Rom. 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death..."It is because of sin we must die. But we MUST understand where our sin was first committed. Let's take an example from a baby:

How is it that a new born baby can die, even though it commits no sins on this earth? We must remember, where did the baby's spirit come from before it was born into this world? (Heaven). Then where did the baby commit the sin in order for it to die on this earth as 'innocent?' Actually, God taught us in the Bible that yes, the baby's spirit has sinned in heaven.

Looking at this, we can imagine this earth as a jail. As the criminal commits the crime outside of the jail and is sent to jail, so we committed the sin against Elohim God, Father and Mother, in heaven and have been cast to this earth, (Eze. 28:11-18, Isa. 14:12-15).
Just think, what degree of sin is deserving of death? Stealing a bike? Stealing a car? Robbing a bank? have you ever heard of the la of God and principal of this world: "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a life for a life..."
Yeah, but we pay for our sin by giving our own life. Did it click yet?

The Wages of Sin Is Death [Christ Ahnsahnghong; Heavenly Mother; God the Mother; World Misison Society Church of God]

The Wages of Sin Is Death(Church of God)

The Bible says that death came to all men because all sinned (Rom 5:12). Those who do not believe in God complain, saying, "Whenever we go to church, we hear that we are sinners. Why do Christians say that?" However, in actuality, all people are basically sinners.
We do believe in God. So, we give thanks and praise to God for having saved us, sinners, who were destined to die. Even we, who admit ourselves to be sinners, do not completely realize what kind of sin we committed, and fail to repent fully. We need to examine ourselves.
God has saved us, who committed the most grievous sin. Now, let's take time to ruminate about how great God's saving grace is.

The heavenly children who committed sin

2,000 years ago, when Jesus came to this earth, He began to preach the gospel with the word, "Repent!" (Matt 4:17). The Bible teaches us that we were angels in heaven before we were born on this earth. What happened to us in heaven, that Christ urged us to repent when He came to this earth to save mankind and first began to preach?
Let's consider the kingdom of heaven where we originally lived, and find out the will of God who has saved us.

Prov 8:22-31 "The LORD brought me forth as the first of his works, before his deeds of old; I was appointed from eternity, from the beginning, before the world began. When there were no oceans, I was given birth, when there were no springs abounding with water; before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was given birth, before he made the earth or its fields or any of the dust of the world. . . . and when he marked out the foundations of the earth. Then I was the craftsman at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind."

In the above verses, "I" designates Solomon, who was the third king of Israel. When he wrote the book of Proverbs, he stated that he already existed before the creation of the earth. From this, we can see that he existed as a spiritual being before he came to this earth─that he lived in the angelic world, the kingdom of God.
Not only Solomon but also all humans born on this earth were angels who lived in the kingdom of heaven, filled with delight day after day. Why have such glorious angels come down to this earth to live such painful lives? There must be a certain reason for such a tragic result. As we consider that Christ told us to "repent" when He reminded us of the heavenly kingdom, we can guess that we committed something that needs repenting, when we were in heaven.

1 John 1:8-10 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

Christ didn't tell the innocent and righteous to repent. We all committed sin in heaven and were cast down to the earth. Then, what kind of sin did we commit in heaven that we were thrown down to the earth? We need to know the nature and magnitude of our sin.

The sin committed in heaven

The Bible tells us how the king of Babylon and the king of Tyre lived before they came to the earth. Like Solomon and all the other people born on this earth, they were also angels who enjoyed delight and glory in heaven.

Isa 14:4, 12-15 "you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon . . . How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.' But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit."

Ezek 28:11-17 "Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says . . . You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, . . . Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared. You were anointed as a guardian cherub, . . . You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you. Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings.' "

In the above verses, we can see that the angels, who became proud and tried to raise their throne above the stars of God, finally committed sin and were punished by God. Through the case of the king of Babylon and the king of Tyre, God shows us how grave sin we committed in heaven before we came to this earth.

We were so proud and rebellious that we committed treason against God in heaven and were cast down to this earth. We committed such a horrendous sin in heaven. That's why we live a life full of pain and sorrow on this earth and then die in the end. Let's consider the degree or intensity of our sin through a verse in Romans 6.

The wages of our sin is death

We seem to live freely on this earth, but viewed from the spiritual world we are confined by the restraints of time and space. We are sinners destined to die eternally, that is, we are prisoners on death row.

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Living in this world, humans may commit a crime or offense like breaking traffic regulations under unavoidable circumstances. However, the death penalty is not imposed for minor offenses. Considering that the wages of our sin is death, we can see that the sin we committed is so grave that it can never be atoned for without death.
Spiritually we are condemned prisoners who committed a terrible sin in heaven and have come down to this earth. Nevertheless, we easily forget this fact. So, Christ told us to repent, humble ourselves, and serve others. By this He ultimately meant that we should realize we are sinners.
Recently I watched a documentary about condemned prisoners. Prisoners on death row suffer from anxiety and fear from the day when they are sentenced to death, unaware of when they will be executed. From the moment they wake up in the morning, they are in constant fear that they could be executed today and get even frightened when they are called out to meet a visitor. As they go to bed after the evening roll call, they put their minds at ease, thankful that the day passed without execution. This is the life of prisoners on death row; they live in fear of death every day.
They all say that once they are forgiven for their sins, they will pay their debt to society for the rest of their lives. If somebody tells them to serve all people, saying he's going to forgive them, they will do that wholeheartedly. If he tells them to lead other prisoners to repentance, they will also do that. No matter what words they hear, even if somebody slaps them on their cheeks, they will put up with it. They were on death row but now their lives have been saved. Isn't there anything they wouldn't do? Nothing.
If anyone shows himself off and tries to exalt himself over others, it's because he still does not realize who he is. When Father and Mother saved us sinners, who were waiting for death, They told us to be humble, serve one another, and be considerate of each other. We are obligated to follow Their words because we have received the forgiveness of sins through Their boundless love.

The grace of God who has atoned for our sin leading to death

There is a law in heaven, too. To forgive our sin, without breaking the heavenly law, our heavenly Father and Mother have become the sin offering for us. Only death could expiate our sin, so our heavenly Parents paid the penalty that we deserved for our sin, in our stead, enduring all kinds of sufferings.

Isa 53:1-6 Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? . . . Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

We've been redeemed from sin at a great price; our Father died in our place for our sins, and our Mother suffered in our stead. Since our Father and Mother have taken up all our iniquities, we've been able to be saved.
God established the law of the Passover so that His children might not forget His death, and let them eat His flesh and drink His blood through the Passover.

John 6:53-57 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. . . . so the one who feeds on me will live because of me."

Matt 26:17-19, 26-28 ". . This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

In the Passover is contained the love of God who gave His body as a ransom to save us, the condemned prisoners who were destined for death. The Passover also contains God's earnest command not to forget His love and not to fall into sin again.
For a convict on death row, there can be no greater joy than to hear the news that he will be forgiven for his sin and his life will be saved. When the Passover comes every year, we just rejoice in having received eternal life, eating bread and wine. In reality, we are the most unfilial of all in the universe because we've gained life by eating our Parents' flesh and drinking Their blood. However, our Father and Mother were pleased just with the fact that Their children repented and were not involved in the same sin again (see Isa 53:10-11).
When we eat the Passover bread, we have to remember that our Parents gave Their precious body and blood for us to eat in order to save us. When we drink the Passover wine, we have to remember that our sin was so great that it couldn't be forgiven without the precious blood of our Parents, and we should give thanks to Them for Their sacrifice. When we do this, we can be said to have truly realized the truth of the new covenant.

Live a purgatorial life by realizing the true meaning of the new covenant

Now, let's obey everything God has told us. God said to us, "Serve one another, be humble, and preach fervently." There is a certain reason why God has commanded us to do so.
There is nothing that condemned prisoners can't do if only they can be forgiven for their sins. Whatever they do, no matter how hard and difficult the task is, it will be a very joyful time for them, compared to the time they spent waiting for death. We are such sinners who need to continue repenting desperately.
There are many Christians who say they are sinners but do not know what kind of sin they committed, so they sin repeatedly. The children of Zion must not be like them. We are not righteous. We didn't do anything good in heaven before we came to this earth, so we have no right to rule over others. All we have to do is repent much and always live a contrite life.
Thinking of the Christ who took our place and died for us the mortal sinners, Paul realized that nothing in the world would be able to separate us from the love of Christ.

Ro 8:31-39 . . . Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? . . . For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Paul beat his body and submitted himself to God's word every day; he preached the gospel in spite of all dangers, with a determination that he would live for the Lord if he lived, and that if he died, he would die for the Lord. After he realized how great and precious God's love was, he couldn't stop being joyful and thankful to God, and he told his brothers to be joyful always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances.
Remember that our sin deserves the death penalty. What does God want from us who have received the forgiveness of sins through God's deep and profound love? What is most pleasing to God is realizing His love and leading all people around the world to the kingdom of heaven by teaching them the way to have the forgiveness of sins and guiding them to repentance. This is the reason why we preach the new covenant. If we fully understand the new covenant, we should please our Father and Mother by practicing such devotion and love.
The 144,000 who are redeemed from the earth do not insist on doing things their own way but follow the Lamb wherever He goes (Rev 14:1-5). They do not follow Him blindly, but they are willing to do everything for God, who has forgiven their sins and given them life, since they have realized that they are sinners who should have paid the price for their sin with death. We need to realize the severity of our sin, look back upon our past, come to complete repentance, and obey everything God has commanded us. I truly want you children of heaven to preach the good news of salvation to all people around the world and participate in God's great work of saving all mankind together.

Elohim God: The Father and Mother of Our Spirits. [Christ Ahnsahnghong; God the Mother; Heavenly Mother; World Mission Society Church of God]

Elohim God: The Father and Mother of Our Spirits.
ElohimFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is about the Hebrew word. For other uses, see Elohim (disambiguation).
Elohim (אֱלהִים) is a Hebrew word which expresses concepts of divinity or deity, notably used as a name of God in Judaism. It is apparently related to the Northwest Semitic word ʾēl “god”. Within Hebrew, it is morphologically a plural, in use both as a true plural with the meaning “angels, gods, rulers” and as a “plural intensive” with singular meaning, referring to a god or goddess, and especially to the single God of Israel. The associated singular Eloah (אלוה) occurs only in poetry and in late Biblical Hebrew, in imitation of Aramaic usage.
In the Torah, the word sometimes acts as a singular noun in Hebrew grammar, and is then generally understood to denote the single God of Israel, while in other cases, it acts as an ordinary plural and refers to the polytheistic notion of multiple gods. The notion of divinity underwent radical changes throughout the period of early Israeliteidentity. The ambiguity of the term Elohim is the result of such changes, cast in terms of “vertical translatability” by Smith (2008), i.e. the re-interpretation of the gods of the earliest recalled period as the national god of the monolatrism as it emerged  in the 7th to 6th century BC in the Kingdom of Judah and during the Babylonian captivity, and further in terms of monotheism by the emergence of Rabbinical Judaism in the 2nd century AD.

EtymologyFurther information: El (deity), Elohim (Ugarit), Ilah, and Allah
The term is clearly related to Northwest Semitic ʾēl “god”, but it contains the addition of the heh as third radical to the biconsonantal root. Discussions of the etymology ofelohim essentially concern this expansion. An exact cognate outside of Hebrew is found in Ugaritic ʾlhm, the family of El, the creator god and chief deity of the Canaanite pantheon, and in Arabic ʾilāh “god, deity”. Eloah (the extended root ʾlh) does not have any clear etymology. The word ʾel itself is usually derived from a root meaning “to be strong”. Joel Hoffman derives it from the common Canaanite wordelim, with the mater lectionis heh inserted to distinguish the Israelite God from other gods. He argues that elohim thus patterns with Abram/Abraham and Sarai/Sarah.
It is important to take note of this pattern, because the Bible speaks about Abraham and Sarah to pattern, reflect, or serve as a shadow to God Elohim. Through the Bible, all things testify to Christ and the existance of God the Father and God the Mother. Then, let’s see in the next blog evidence proving Elohim Father and Mother through the history and prophecy of Abraham and Sarah.

The World Mission Society Church of God only follows the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother who are the Elohim God

In Revelation 22, the last chapter of the Bible, we can see the scene where God appears as the Spirit and the Bride on this earth and is leading all human beings to salvation. This is a definite revelation that Apostle John saw and a prophecy that must be fulfilled.

Rev 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride,"Come!"And let him who hears say,"Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.

Here, who are the Spirit and the Bride?
As you know The Spirit is our God the Father.
Then, who is the Bride?

Let's study some of the testimonies about Bride written in the book of Revelation.

Rev. 19:7 『Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.』

The book of Revelation was written after Jesus had ascended, and it prophesied about the things that were to happen in the last days. Thus, "the Lamb" mentioned in the above verse indicates the Second Coming Jesus: Ahnsahnghong. When Jesus came to the earth for the first time, two thousand years ago, His wife was not yet ready. The Bride, the wife of the Lamb, would appear in the last days.

In the book of Revelation, chapter 21, the Bride?the wife of the Lamb-is described as "Jerusalem."

Rev. 21:9-10 『...One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." And he...showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.』

Apostle Paul testified that this Holy City, Jerusalem, which would come down out of heaven, is our Mother.

Gal. 4:26 『But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.』

The Bible clearly testifies that our heavenly Mother exists.

There is no life in us, so we must go to God-Christ Ahnsahnghong and Mother-if we want to receive eternal life and salvation, because They are the only ones who have life.
In order to give the everlasting water of life to mortal beings, God came down to this earth in this last age as the Holy Spirit, Ahnsahnghong, and the Bride, the Heavenly Mother.
People who pervert or deny this Biblical teaching will never be able to enter the kingdom of heaven.

The feast of unleavened bread [World Mission Society Church of God; God the Mother; Christ Ahnsahnghong]

The feast of unleavened bread-World Mission Society Church of God

Let us introduce the seven feasts in three times, that is, the seven thunders which were unsealed by Christ Ahnsahnghong who came again as the Root of David.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month, according to the sacred calendar, is the feast that commemorates Christ's suffering on the cross (Lev. 23:6). The Church of God celebrates the Feast of Unleavened Bread on the fifteenth day of the first month by the sacred calendar, following the teachings of Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

OriginThis feast originated from the Israelites' suffering, from all the trials that they had experienced from the time they had kept the Passover and left Egypt, until the time they had crossed the Red Sea. Pharaoh, king of Egypt, released the Israelites from their Egyptian bondage, but immediately changed his mind. He sent all the chariots of Egypt to chase after them?including six hundred of the country's best chariots?to capture the Israelites and bring them back to Egypt. As Pharaoh's army approached, the Israelites were terrified and cried out to the LORD. At that moment, the LORD God divided the Red Sea by Moses' staff, revealing dry ground between the two walls of water. It is written that God allowed six-hundred thousand men to safely cross the Red Sea. Then, how many women and children do you think were among them? God protected the Israelites from the Egyptian army by a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire, delaying the Egyptians' ability to chase after God's people. We can only assume how hasty and nervous the fugitives' hearts were at that time. All of the difficulties and hardships that the Israelites endured during this time period became the origin of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Ex. 14:1-31).

CeremonyIn the Old Testament times, God commanded His people to eat unleavened bread (made without yeast) and bitter herbs, so that they would remember the suffering of the Israelites. The unleavened bread was also called the "bread of affliction" (Deut. 16:3). These events were a prophecy to reveal that Jesus would suffer, being hung on the cross. In the New Testament times, we participate in Christ's suffering by fasting, according to God's command.

Mark 2:20 『"But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast."』

Prophecy and Its FulfillmentThe Feast of Unleavened Bread is a feast of suffering, representing the Crucifixion of Jesus. The Israelites' traveling into the Red Sea represented Jesus' going into the tomb. Their landing on the other side of the Sea represented His resurrection, the significance of which is implied in the baptism that we undergo now. On the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Moses led the natural Israelites from Egypt into the Desert of Sinai, and on this feast Jesus led the spiritual Israelites from this sinful world?the reality of Egypt?into the desert of faith. Whoever believes in Christ and is baptized has symbolically crossed the Red Sea and entered the desert of faith. When we commemorate the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we participate in Christ's suffering, and we are given the power from God to endure the tribulations and hardships that we will be faced with (Luke 22:43-44).

The day of Atonement [World Mission Society Church of God; Heavenly Mother; Christ Ahnsahnghong]

The day of Atonement-World Mission Society Church of God

Let us introduce the seven feasts in three times, that is, the seven thunders which were unsealed by Christ Ahnsahnghong who came again as the Root of David.

The Day of Atonement is the tenth day of the seventh month according to the sacred calendar, on which the sins that the Israelites had committed during the course of the year were atoned for (Lev. 23:27). Today, also, we must celebrate the Day of Atonement to be forgiven for the sins that we commit each year. Without having celebrated the Day of Atonement, we cannot say that our sins have been forgiven. Therefore, the Church of God celebrates the Day of Atonement, according to the teaching of the Second Coming Christ, Ahnsahnghong.

The Day of Atonement is the day when all of the sins that we have committed all year long are handed over to the devil. Thus, the devil makes every effort to prevent God's people from celebrating the feast. We should be able to recognize the identity of those who hinder God's people from keeping this feast, because it has only been allowed to the true people of God.

OriginAfter being released from Egypt, the Israelites lived in the desert for forty years. God called Moses to Mount Sinai and gave him the laws through which He would rule over the people. In response to God's calling, Moses went up Mount Sinai. After fasting for forty days and nights, Moses received the Ten Commandments which God, Himself, had written. When Moses did not return from the mountain, even after forty days, the Israelites began to assume that he must have died. They thought that they had lost their leader, and some suggested that they make a god to lead them into the land of Canaan. Hence, the Israelites crafted a golden calf and worshipped it, eating, drinking and dancing around it. When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, the sight shocked and enraged him, and he threw the tablets out of his hands, shattering them at the foot of the mountain. He set fire to the golden calf that the Israelites had worshipped so lewdly, and then he ground the charred remains into a powder. Moses scattered the ashes on the water and made the Israelites drink it, and about three thousand people died by the sword.

The Israelites who had sinned against God by worshipping idols thus bitterly repented of their deeds, and, in response, God gave Moses a new set of stone tablets inscribed with the Ten Commandments. God's allowing His laws for a second time implied that He had forgiven them for their sins. The day on which Moses had been given the Ten Commandments for a second time was the Day of Atonement, which was to be commemorated every year (Ex. 32:1-35).

Ceremony(1) The scapegoat stands for Satan In the Old Testament times, the priest sacrificed a bull as his sin offering, and a goat was sacrificed on behalf of the people. Then, lots were cast to decide the destiny of two goats. One goat was to be sacrificed for God and the other was to be named the "scapegoat," and to die after wandering in the solitude of the desert.

The sins of the people had been temporarily held in the Most Holy Place, and on the Day of Atonement, all of these sins were transferred to the head of the scapegoat to be sent away and die in the desert. This process reveals that our sins are heaped onto Satan through the Feasts (such as the Passover and the Day of Atonement) after being temporarily carried by Christ?the reality of the Most Holy Place. Satan will be very troubled by carrying the weight of all of our sins and will be eventually destroyed in the Abyss?the uninhabited land represented by the desert. We come to understand this principle through celebrating the Day of Atonement (Lev. 16:6-22).

(2) Entering the Most Holy Place The Day of Atonement is the day, once a year, when the high priest enters the Most Holy Place, alone.

Heb. 9:7 『But only the high priest entered the inner room, and that only once a year, and never without blood, which he offered for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance.』

Prophecy and Its FulfillmentThe prophecy of the Day of Atonement: The people's sins were initially held in the Most Holy Place, but on the Day of Atonement, their sins were transferred onto the scapegoat. The scapegoat was troubled in the desert, carrying all of the people's sins on its head. Eventually, the goat came to die.

Fulfillment of the prophecy: Our sins are initially carried by Christ, but on the Day of Atonement, our sins are transferred onto Satan?the scapegoat. Satan will be tormented in hell, carrying all of our sins on his head. Eventually, Satan will suffer eternal destruction.
